Dr. Danoosh Amrooei, DMD
As a lover of science, Dr. Danoosh Amrooei always knew that she wanted to be in the medical field. After observing her dentist as a teen, she knew a dental career was right for her. Dr. Amrooei grew up in Tampa, Florida, and received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of South Florida. She continued her education at the University of Florida.
Dr. Amrooei loves the art of dentistry, using her hands to provide instant gratification and increase the self-confidence of her patients. Being a dentist is the best profession that Dr. Amrooei can imagine! She shares that the most rewarding part of dentistry is seeing how grateful a patient is after treatment. “When a patient can smile again, you’ve changed their life, and that makes ME smile!”
As a social person, she especially enjoys getting to know families in her community, watching them grow, and creating meaningful connections across generations. In her spare time, Dr. Amrooei enjoys spending time with her amazing family and friends. She loves to laugh, watch comedy shows, enjoy the Florida sunshine and soak in the fresh air.

“At Monaco Dentistry, we definitely cater to cowards. We offer several different types of sedation to help patients with their anxiety, and we spend a lot of time specifically with these patients when treating them.“
Dr. Joseph Esterley, DMD
Dr. Esterley started college as a chemical engineering major because of his interest in chemistry and math. As he progressed in his studies, he realized that he wanted a career in healthcare that allowed him to hone his artistic skills, because deep down, he learned that he was more of an artist than a scientist.
After his bachelor’s degree, he earned his dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed a general practice residency at the Philadephia VA Medical Center. He shares that his favorite part of dentistry is helping patients overcome their fear of dentistry.
